Favourable and phenomenal location - a few steps away from everywhere we needed. The restaurant was great with Balinese menu that is fantastic, we ordered excellent dishes.

Actually everything was nice, my next choice again in Pulukan. Enjoyed this gorgeous and peaceful hotel, easy to find, with very helpful staff from groundsmen to management. The breakfast was great with amazing food.

Had a nice time during Easter holidays exploring the quieter area and taking advantage of the beautiful beaches. Liked the free shuttle service and complimentary drinks offered upon arrival. Enjoyed the walks on the beach and the peacefulness of the area.

The food was a bit lacking in variety and quality. Also, some of the staff members were not as friendly and accommodating as we would have liked.
